Welcome

Atia U. Pasha, Principal

Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem

“In the name of Allah The Most Gracious and The Most Merciful“.

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu!

I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to every one of you to MDQ Academy. It is an honor and a privilege to serve as the Principal of this remarkable institution that nurtures the minds, hearts, and souls of our young learners.

"Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees. And Allah is acquainted with what you do." (Quran 58:11)

This Quranic verse from Surah Al-Mujadila emphasizes the importance and value Allah places on knowledge. It highlights the elevation of those who possess faith along with knowledge, emphasizing the critical role education plays in our lives as Muslims.

In addition to the guidance provided in the Quran, our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) has also emphasized the significance of seeking knowledge. One of his famous sayings, or Hadith, states:

"Seeking knowledge is obligatory upon every Muslim." (Ibn Majah)

This Hadith underscores the mandatory nature of seeking knowledge for every Muslim. It encourages us to engage in a lifelong pursuit of knowledge, constantly seeking to deepen our understanding of the world around us and our faith.

At our school, we firmly believe in the principles expressed in the Quran and Hadith. We understand that education is not merely a means to acquire worldly success but a pathway to spiritual enlightenment and a deeper connection with Allah. By providing a comprehensive and faith-based education, we aim to instill within our students a thirst for knowledge that extends beyond the classroom and into their daily lives.

Our dedicated team of teachers endeavors to create a learning environment where students can explore, question, and discover the beauty and wisdom of Islam. We strive to imbue in them a sense of purpose and a desire to use their knowledge for the betterment of society.

We invite our students to embrace the teachings of the Quran and the guidance of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as they embark on their educational journey. Let us remember that knowledge is a divine gift, and through its pursuit, we draw closer to our Creator and develop the tools to navigate the challenges and complexities of the modern world.

As parents and guardians, we urge you to support and encourage your children in their quest for knowledge. Engage with them, reinforce the values and principles they learn at school, and create an environment at home that fosters a love for learning and a commitment to Islamic values.

Thank you for entrusting us with the education and well-being of your children. We look forward to a fruitful and rewarding partnership that will inspire and empower our students to excel academically, spiritually, and morally.

May Allah bless our school, our students, and their families.

Jazakum Allahu Khairan.

Warm regards,
